The Process

We help you Qualify for Rebates & Tax Credits

  • 1 Initial Consultation Email us or Call (207) 660-2595. If we don't answer... please leave a message. We promise we'll respond fast.
  • 2 Schedule an on-site Heat Audit FREE Consultation (Heat Audit)
    We'll discuss how you can apply for Efficiency Maine Rebates and tax credits.
  • 3 Estimate Delivery We will email you an estimate detailing all the labor and parts that will be involved & estimated time to complete it.
  • 4 Estimate Acceptance & 50% Deposit If you decide to move forward, we'll schedule a start date and a 50% deposit will be needed.
  • 5 Purchase Equipment & Free Delivery Your new Heat Pump system will be delivered to your home or business. Delivery is free on most locations in Maine.
  • 6 On-Site Heat Pump Installation
 Once all the required parts have been delivered to your home, we will install the units and system.
  • 7 Submit Rebate Claim Forms to Efficiency Maine Lastly, after the installation or upgrade is completed, we will help you fill out and submit the rebate claim form.
  • 8 Receive Rebate Check from Efficiency Maine
  • 9 File for Federal tax Credit if Applicable
